PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent antibiotic resin molding and its production method, wherein the content of elutable materials is extremely little and an antibiotic activity is excellent. SOLUTION: The antibiotic resin molding comprises a resin base material coated with a polymer having a specific structure or a resin base material containing a polymer having a specific structure, and the method for producing an antibiotic resin molding comprises immersing at least a part of a base resin material in an aqueous solution of a polymer having a specific structure and irradiating the resultant base resin material with a radial ray.
