PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head which realizes a high density driving circuit and wiring and secures high reliability, an image forming device and a method of manufacturing the liquid discharge head. SOLUTION: Head units 12 forming a head are formed by stacking a vibrating plate 50 having a piezoelectric element 32 arranged on a surface intersecting a nozzle forming surface nearly at right angles and a driving circuit 34 providing a driving signal to the piezoelectric element 32, a channel board 52 joined to the side of the vibrating plate 50 which is opposite to the piezoelectric element 32 and having a pressure chamber formed so as to communicate with the nozzles, and a partition plate 54 securing the displacement space of the piezoelectric element 32 and in which the driving circuit 34 is stored. Wiring drawn out from the head from the driving circuit 34 of each of the head units 12 is drawn out onto the uppermost surface of the head through a via formed as if going through the head unit and joined to a flexible substrate on the uppermost surface.
