A cylindrical section (2b), which protrudes to the side of the circuit board (3) and has the fastening member (4) inserted, is integrally formed on the bottom section of the recessed section (2a), and the circuit board (3) and the chassis (2) are electrically connected through the cylindrical section (2b).
