The invention relates to a portable shrink-wrapping device which is intended to be coupled to a shrink-wrap film supply machine.The inventive device comprises a frame (1) including a platform (2) which can rotate in relation to the central axis thereof and which is equipped with a means for gripping the element to be shrink-wrapped, means for actuating the rotating platform (2), fixing means for coupling same to a film supply machine and movement means for moving the device from one location to another.
