<p>A method of repairing the engines of vehicles includes acceptance of engine for repair, preliminary diagnostics of engine, external cleaning and washing of engine, wiping of engine, degreasing of washed and wiped surfaces of engine assemblies and units, which form part of engine, diagnostics of technical condition of engine as a whole. Removal of engine from vehicle, disassembly of engine by removing the structural elements, which form part of cylinder-piston group, crank gear, following systems: fueling, lubricating, cooling, ignition and electrical system are performed. Disassembly of said structural elements - units and assemblies from the engine is carried out. Washing and cleaning of units and assemblies with their subsequent drying, repair and painting are conducted. Repair of engine housing, units and assemblies, restoration of its technical condition are performed. The assembly works are carried out by installation of structural engine components on the base component, with which begins the process of article assembly. Coating the surfaces of the components of engine with priming, painting of engine housing and its structural elements are carried out. General assembly of engine is made. Then the engine is forwarded for break-in and testing. Delivery/transfer of engine to customer with subsequent motor installation on the vehicle are conducted. Testing of repaired components, which form part of engine, control of reliability of fastening assemblies, instruments, conduits and cables, reliability of splinting are made. Tightening of threaded connections, fastening of the cylinder head, covers of connecting rods and of main bearings and cranking of crankshaft, absence of leaks from stuffing boxes and conduits of the fueling, lubricating, cooling, ignition and electrical system are checked. The condition of units and bolt connections of engine is checked. At the end of tests of engine the defects are eliminated which were identified after repair then tinting of the repeatedly repaired assemblies, units of engine as a whole and delivery/ transfer of engine to customer with subsequent motor installation on vehicle are performed.</p> |
