CORRECTIVE INSOLE BLANK, AN INSOLE AND A METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a prosthetic orthopaedic production. The inventive blank for producing individual corrective insole is cut out according to a foot shape from a flat material. Said blank is provided with a wave-like projection on the internal side thereof for supporting the internal longitudinal foot arch. The blank can be embodied in the form of foot arches after having been heated to the plastic state thereof and modelled on the patient foot and is capable to hold the thus obtained shape afterwards. The insole production method consists in uniformly heating the blank to the plastic state thereof, in placing said blank over an elastic strip on a device which is provided with a flat platform comprising a heel holder, in placing the patient foot on the blank and fixing the heel to the blank, in pressing the heads I and V of instep bones against the heel, in shaping the foot arches by means of the strip and in keeping it on the foot until the complete hardening. The insole produced according said method is also disclosed. Said invention makes it possible to take in to account the individual peculiarities of the patient pathology, to increase the cost effectiveness and to reduce the time for the insole production.
