FIELD: medicine; biology. ^ SUBSTANCE: for estimation of quality of live virus vaccines a solution of a vaccine with viruses and fragments of their destruction is used. At drawing of a solution of a vaccine on a substrate surface, spend a short-term incubation and a sorption with conservation of native structure of components of a vaccine. Scanning of a zone of measurement by a probe in a regimen of scanning probe microscope is carried out. For the analysis of the received image, part images of components of a vaccine on two groups where the first group contains viruses, and the second - fragments of their destruction. Quantity of components in each group is counted up and quality of a vaccine on an area parity (in %) is defined, the second group occupied with particles, to a scanning total area. Thus the area of no more than 45±5 % is optimal. ^ EFFECT: increase of accuracy and reliability of determination of efficiency of a vaccine. ^ 10 cl |
