FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: coordinates of development are calculated, ordinates of which are defined according to design formulas. Its building is realised. Blank is cut accordingly and folded into nozzle. Three-dimensional modeller is used to create parametric model of nozzle with creation of flat joint face and make-up face in the form of part of side cone surface, width of which is established as permanent in its whole length with value of up to 1.5 S, angle of its incline relative to joint face is also established as permanent, with value of up to (90-). Mechanical processing of joint area is done in machine with numerical program control according to three-dimensional model of nozzle or according to three-dimensional model of nozzle blank created by drafts with application of longitudinal sections arranged through equal angular gaps in three-dimensional model of nozzle. ^ EFFECT: technological resources are expanded, processing accuracy is increased. ^ 5 dwg |
