<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently use a recording medium while improving special effect. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to film grain processing, a system control circuit 18 sets a photographing frame rate of an imaging unit 12 to 24 frames/sec and sets compression rate of a compression unit 14 to low compression rate.
