<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a component on the basis of component data and fault information by mounting IC tags on components constituting a device, storing the component data beforehand and writing the fault information when a fault occurs, and to prevent the arrangement error and exchange error of the component by comparing and checking the component data read from the IC tag mounted on the component when performing exchange and the stored fault information and component data when performing the exchange, regarding a component exchange method and a component exchange system for exchanging the component constituting the device. <P>SOLUTION: The component exchange method comprises a step of mounting the IC tag on which the component data of the component are written on each component constituting the device respectively and writing the fault information to the IC tag mounted on the fault component when a fault occurs, and a step of arranging the component on the basis of the component data read from the IC tag to which the fault information is written or on the basis of the component data pertinent to the read fault information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
