<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film for transfer which is excellent in both of antireflective performance and mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: The antireflection film for transfer is disposed on a strippable support and has at least one low refractive index layer, wherein the low refractive index layer comprises hollow silica fine particles which include cavities therein, fine silica particles and binder, and the weight ratio of binder content for the weight of the hollow silica fine particles and fine silica particles is 0.1 to 0.8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
