摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image sensor capable of equalizing the degree of the generation of a smear on one screen. SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device 1 contains an operating unit 3, a control unit 5, a timing generator 7, an image-sensing driver 9, and the solid-state image sensor 11. The solid-state imaging device 1 further contains an optical system driver 13, an optical system 15, a pretreatment unit 17, a signal processor 19, a display unit 21, and a recording media 23. An opening region 67 is formed at the center 65 of an image-sensing surface 63 on the image-sensing surface 63 of the solid-state image sensor 11. A photo-detector 27, a transfer gate, and a vertical transfer CCD 57 are arranged in a left-right symmetrical form to the opening region 67. The transfer gate reads signal charges in the opposite direction to the opening region 67 from the photo-detector 27. Accordingly, the rate of a light mixed to the vertical transfer CCD 57 is equalized in the left and the right of the image-sensing surface 63, and the degree of the generation of smears on one screen can be equalized.
