<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking device which can make judgement of scorching precisely without resorting to a complex process. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooking device is provided with a heating coil 3 which heats a cooking utensil 1, a top plate 2 to put the cooking utensil 1 on over the heating coil 3, an infrared detecting means 5 which is positioned below the top plate 2 and detects infrared rays irradiated from a bottom of the cooking utensil 1, a temperature detecting means 6 which detects temperature of the cooking utensil 1 from an output of the infrared detecting means 5, and a controlling means 7 which makes a judgement of scorching by a temperature gradient obtained from the output of the temperature detecting means 6 and controls an input power. Thus, judgement of scorching is made by the temperature gradient detected in the temperature detecting means 6 through the infrared detecting means 5 and judgement of scorching can be judged precisely without resorting to a complex process and an input power can be controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
