PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for presenting as a pre-stage for granting meta-data whether or not there is a relation among resources in order to increase an amount of the metadata in a semantic Web. SOLUTION: Cooccurrence relations of a plurality of resources are detected, an identifier of the detected resource and an identifier of a method used for detection are recorded, the cooccurrence frequency and the last cooccurrence time of day with respect to the cooccurrence relations are recorded, it is determined on the basis of the cooccurrence frequency and the last cooccurrence time of day whether or not there is a relation, and the cooccurrence resources is presented or deleted. Since the cooccurrence resources where it is estimated that there are relations are selectively presented, a user can efficiently grant the metadata. Also, since the cooccurrence resources where it is estimated there is no relation are deleted, the amount of the cooccurrence resources to be recorded can be suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
