PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel capable of easily adjusting the position of a lens in an optical axis direction. SOLUTION: By turning a focus ring 18 to a predetermined turning position, it is possible to access a hollow shaft 4 and an attaching bolt 5 from a through-hole 18a opened on the side surface of the focus ring 18. Since an eccentric pin is constituted of the hollow shaft 4 and the attaching bolt 5, a rolling bearing 7 and a rolling bearing 6 are fit in the rectilinear groove 1b of a fixed barrel 1 and the cam groove 3b of a rotary barrel 3 in such a state that they are eccentric from each other. Therefore, by loosening the attaching bolt 5 and turning the hollow shaft 4 with the center axis of a through-hole 4d as center, the rolling bearing 7 moves along the rectilinear groove 1b relative to the intersection part of the rectilinear groove 1b and the cam groove 3b. Thus, the hollow shaft 4 inserted through the inner ring 7a of the rolling bearing 7 advances and retreats along an optical axis AX1 together with a moving frame 2 and a lens L2.
