PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a urethane coating composition comprising a polyisocyanate composition as a curing agent, which has low viscosity, excellent crosslinking property and does not generate a diisocyanate monomer during preservation of polyisocyanate. SOLUTION: The urethane coating composition comprises a polyisocyanate composition which is derived from at least one kind of an aliphatic and an alicyclic diisocyanates and satisfies, in a solvent-free state, the following conditions of (1) the concentration of isocyanurate trimer of 60-95 mass%, (2) the ratio of functional group number of allophanate group derived from a monoalcohol to that of isocyanurate group of 1-20%, (3) the concentration of uretedione dimer of 2-25 mass%, (4) the concentration of diisocyanate monomer of≤1 mass%, (5) viscosity at 25°C of 150-800 mPa s and (6) the concentration of isocyanate group of 22-25 mass% as a curing agent and has excellent crosslinking property and storage stability.
