PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel formed by using a composite material formed mainly of a container packaging recycled material for novel applications of the container packaging recycled material. SOLUTION: In this floor panel in a double flooring material, the floor panel 2 is formed of the composite material including a thermoplastic resin formed of the container packaging recycled material provided by collected plastic waste and a filler formed of an inorganic powder.
