PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for protein motors, which can adsorb protein motors and allows the protein motors to effectively exert their function, to provide a method of producing the substrate, and to provide a protein motor structure which can exploit the substrate for the protein motors, for controlling etc. of protein filaments. SOLUTION: The substrate is provided to arrange the protein motors thereon while ensuring a motor function of each protein motor, and has an SOG (Spin on Glass) that can adsorb the protein motors, arranged at least on a surface thereof. Then the protein motors are adsorbed at desired locations of the SOG, and thus the structure that can perform various interactions with respect to the protein filaments, can be produced.
