PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method which enables the dissolution of hydrogen in vanadium-containing natural water in a higher concentration than that of a conventional method. SOLUTION: The method for producing hydrogen dissolved water comprises carrying out a pressure dissolution process for dissolving gaseous hydrogen 3 in vanadium-containing raw water 1 inside a pressure container 2 at a pressure higher than an atmospheric pressure, and an electrolytic process introducing the vanadium-containing raw water 1' dissolving hydrogen on the pressure dissolution process into an electrolytic cell 4, carrying out direct current electrolysis using a vanadium electrode in an anode 8 inside the electrolytic cell 4 and removing hydrogen dissolved water 10 around a cathode 9.
