The device has two parts foldably connected with each other by a hinge, and a support (10) arranged on an upper side of the lower part (5). A groove running in a transverse direction is provided in the upper side, and sealing rings are provided at openings of the support. A socket (4) and a hinge are plugged into the openings by the rings. A housing sealant (2) running between upper and lower housing shells (3, 8) of the upper part is guided up to the rings. A printed circuit board (9) electrically connects the upper and lower parts, where the board is guided by the groove and the socket.
