A drive side ring gear (4) is provided with an internal gear (40) that is engaged with a spur gear (50) of a rocking wheel (5). The rocking wheel is connected with an eccentric that is driven by the drive gear and is supported at another eccentric. The driving axle is fixedly supported and rotational axes are arranged to both sides of the driving axle, where the eccentrics are engaged in a concentric borehole.
