FIELD: equipment for granulating plastic masses, mainly such as clays. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing whose cavity is enlarged in front of outlet window with molding grid; auger mounted in said housing in driven shaft having blades for cleaning grid. Enlarged cavity is in the form of cone enlarging towards grid with total surface area of openings no less than surface area of the least flow-through cross section of press in front of cone. Blades for cleaning grid are pumping ones; they have working surface inclined by acute angle relative to surface of grid. ^ EFFECT: improved operational reliability and efficiency of press for extruding homogenous granulated extruded products. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
