FIELD: machine tool manufacture, possibly production of gauze of wire-reinforced barbed belt. ^ SUBSTANCE: machine tool includes mounted in its housing uncoiling drums for barbed belt and wire; straightening unit, bending unit for forming in barbed belt grove for wire; squeezing unit. The last is provided with attachment for bending barbed belt by 90°. In order to provide control of barbed belt feeding speed and of belt thickness, machine tool includes first electric drive having first electric motor and control circuit; barbed belt thickness and its tail end detecting pickup. Said pickup includes device for turning off first electric motor. Movable car supports second electric motor and carcass with moving track and with pins for laying wire-reinforced barbed belt in the form of flat helix. Formation of gauze meshes is realized by means of mechanism for joining adjacent sections of flat helix. Winding drum is used for winding ready gauze fed from mechanism for joining sections of flat helix. Said drum is mounted on movable car. Second electric motor and its control circuit form second electric drive that controls operations of car, track and winding drum. ^ EFFECT: possibility for making gauze in automatic mode. ^ 1 dwg |
