<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of providing users with appropriate services within a predetermined facility. <P>SOLUTION: A step for associating a predetermined tag with predetermined personal information and a step for providing services to an individual related to the personal information associated with the predetermined tag are provided. In the step for associating the tag with the personal information, the identification information of an information processing apparatus owned by the individual is registered together with the identification information of the corresponding tag.
