<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of the confirmation of the quality of a beverage or the like, which requires various meters such as a pH meter, an electroconductivity meter, a sugar clock, a chlorine densitometer, etc., by one detector. <P>SOLUTION: A change in sugar content is subjected to linear approximation by electrolysis, so that the state of a measuring target and the state of the measuring target at the point of time of next measurement are estimated.
