<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destination exclusive processing unit which can be set as an exclusive device equipped with a printer for consumable goods by an initial fitting operation of the consumable goods relative to the printer, dispensing with exclusive processing of the printer in advance for a specific destination. <P>SOLUTION: When the consumable goods provided store destination information, (a) a processing function for reading the destination information from the storage region stored in the consumable goods at the initial fitting operation of the consumable good relative to the printer, and (b) a processing function for registering the destination information thus read in the storage region in the printer and setting the printer as an exclusive machine for the consumable goods having a specific destination information, both are stored in the printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
