摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable nozzle turbocharger control apparatus, which accurately detects the sticking abnormality of a nozzle vane, and solves the sticking of the nozzle vane. <P>SOLUTION: An engine ECU runs a program comprising a step (S100) to estimate the exhaust flow rate, a step (S110) to calculate an electric current threshold I(th) which needs a forced switching, a step (S120) to detect the drive electric current I for an actuator to revolve the variable nozzle, and a step (S140) to perform the forced switching when the drive electric current I is not less than the current threshold I(th) (YES in S130).
