<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method etc. of a pigment composition, wherein a coarse copper phthalocyanine and an easily obtained, low-cost polymer resin acid composition are used, the use of formaldehyde is avoided to improve the work environment, and a dry-grinding of an alkyd resin is performed. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the pigment composition, 20-80 wt.% äalkyd resin (B) obtained by reacting 10-85 wt.% polymer resin composition (a), 0-40 wt.% polymeric rosin (b) and/or petroleum resin (c), 3-50 wt.% polybasic acid (d) and 3-50 wt.% alcohol compound (e) at 150-300°C} is added to 100 pts.wt. äcoarse copper phthalocyanine (A)} and subjected to a dry-grinding. The polymer resin composition (a) is obtained by reacting 90-99.9 wt.% rosins at 100-300°C in the absence of a solvent or in the presence of 10 wt.% solvent for 0.1-20 hr using 0.01-10 wt.% sulfonate compound as a catalyst. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
