PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower easy to carry because air is conditioned by moderately circulating the air in a room, having a small and simple shape without causing an obstruction even when it is simply suspended from a ceiling in the room or disposed on a desk, capable of being provided with odor eliminating and dehumidifying effects, operable over a long time and small in electric charge without requiring special electric construction. SOLUTION: A device with a blower attached to a simple air pipe is composed to easily utilize a small blower (fan motor), felt is attached to the inside surface of the pipe in order to suppress generation of motor noise; and the device is used by attaching an odor-eliminating bag or a hygroscopic bag to a small pocket or an attached tape attached to the liner felt in order to remove odor and moisture.
