PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compact wire-type cutting device by removing a conventional-type traversing mechanism while eliminating a torsion and change of tension in a cutting wire to be wound. SOLUTION: A winding bobbin 51 and a bobbin driving motor 56 are arranged on a movable carriage 50. The movable carriage 50 is reciprocatingly moved by a reciprocation transfer mechanism 60 in a direction orthogonal to a traveling direction of the cutting wire 10 to be wound along with a winding of the cutting wire 10.
