PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise, which occurs at the time of starting of an electric discharge lamp, and leaks outside. SOLUTION: A main part of an instrument consists of a case part 1 formed in a rectangle box type, of which the front face is open by an electric conduction component, and a lid part 2, which opens and closes an opening 1a of the case part 1 freely. Inside the main part 1 of the instrument, the electric discharge lamp 4, a stabilizer 6, and the like, is contained. Inside (side face and bottom face) of the case part 1, a radio wave absorber 16 is adhered. Thus, by the radio wave absorber 16, radiation noise (electric wave noise), which is generated at the time of starting of the electric discharge lamp 4, can be absorbed, and the electric wave noise, which leaks out of the main part of the instrument, can be reduced by suppressing resonance of the electric wave noise within the main part of the instrument. |
