<p>The present invention discloses to a hand held cutter (11) that can cut along rectilinear paths and paths of any other shape in two operating modes independently by means of auxiliary wheels (9). A pair of auxiliary wheels (9) enables the hand held cutter (11) to switch from one operating mode to the other by control of a button. According to the particular design of the invention, a circular dish-shaped parting tool (14) mounted on the lateral side of the pair of auxiliary wheels (9) produces steady and various cutting effect under the guidance of the track of the auxiliary wheels (9). Due to the application and breakthrough in technique, the hand held cutter (11) is reduced in volume and is convenient for carrying.</p> |
