Disclosed are a pyridine thiazole carboxamide derivative expressed by a following chemistry figure 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a method for preparing the same and a composition for suppressing c-kit activation or composition for skin whitening containing the same. The compound of the chemistry figure 1 according to the invention suppresses the melanogenesis through the action of inhibiting the c-kit activation, thereby improving the pigmentation to exhibit the whitening effect. Accordingly, the composition for suppressing the c-kit activation or composition for skin whitening containing the same can be usefully used for the cosmetic composition or pharmaceutical composition.
