The invention relates to designing technical means for receiving/transmitting an information item and for paying thereof, including with the aid of a wireless access, including world-wide and local information telecommunications networks such as Internet, Eathernet, cellular telephone communication etc. The inventive method for transmitting an information item and for paying thereof by means of telecommunication channels consists in forming a request in information networks, in selecting the information item about an object of interest to a user and in building a subject database.
