<p>The present invention discloses a novel polypeptide, a human CD63 antigen 56.87, the polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide and the method for producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The invention also disclosed the uses of the polypeptide in methods for treating various diseases, such as malignant tumour, hemopathy, HIV infection, immunological disease and various inflammation etc. The invention also discloses the agonistes against the polypeptide and the therapeutic action thereof.
