A method for preparation of oxidizer for fuel burning consists in that prior to supply of flow of oxidizer to fuel burning zone one effects it with non-uniform electric fields with ambipolar anomalies. Those fields are formed by means of section electropolaroid-electric emitter, with sections alternating in polarity, this is placed in transverse direction with respect to flow of oxidizer. At that the sections are arranged as cells and/or rays for formation in cross section of flow of textures of point crown discharges and flowing electric charges emitted from those. The invention is directed to resource- and power preservation, protection andpreservation of environment against ecologically harmful discharges to atmosphere formed at fuel burning in air oxidizer.
