摘要

FIELD: manufacturing processes in machine engineering, namely combination diamond-abrasive working and finishing-strengthening blanks of steels and alloys by surface plastic deforming. ^ SUBSTANCE: combination tool includes mandrel on which are mounted along the same axis diamond-abrasive grinding wheel with peripheral working cutting surface and deforming members. The last are in the form of turns of steel cylindrical coil spring of round cross section wire twisted to ring. Sectors are secured to end of mandrel. In peripheral surfaces of said sectors said spring coiled to ring is arranged. Turns of spring are arranged and secured to grooves formed on peripheral surface of sectors. Said sectors are secured to mandrel according to condition of arranging outer surfaces of deforming members in the same tangent plane with peripheral surface of diamond-abrasive wheel and with possibility of their radial motion. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, enhanced efficiency, improved hardness of worked surface, lowered cost price of tool. ^ 5 dwg, 1 ex
