PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately record and totalize a garbage decomposition treatment amount and a reduction rate in a form easily reported according to enforcement of a food recycle law. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a controller 15 for operation- controlling a garbage treatment equipment 100 for decomposition-treating the garbage and for collecting a contitional data of the garbage, and a user side personal computer 101 for outputting an operation signal to the controller 15 by information communication, for inputting a signal based on the conditional data of the garbage collected by the information communication via the information communication, and for displaying conditional data information in a prescribed period as a diagram submitted to notice in response to the signal.
