摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove noise based on Fourier transform even for a long data section wherein a migration speed is changed, and to determine accurately the base sequence. SOLUTION: Waveform reshaping processing by Fourier transform is applied to data of N points from the head of detection data by using a peak interval determined beforehand as a parameter (S1, S2), and the base sequence is determined relative to data of M points (M<N) from the head of the data of the N points (S3), and the peak interval is determined from the base sequence determination result (S4). The waveform reshaping processing by Fourier transform is applied to data of N points from the position determined by returning as many as L points (L<M) from the last of the data of the M points wherein the base sequence determination is executed, by using the peak interval determined just before as the parameter, and thereafter the base sequence determination, the peak interval calculation and the waveform reshaping processing are repeated similarly.
