<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intensity setting device of light beam for recording in which a reproduction property of recorded information after recording can be improved even when dispersion is caused in its recording property or the like depending on a position or a region on an optical disk without restricting to a recording/reproducing system. <P>SOLUTION: When optimization of intensity of a light beam B for recording is performed using an intensity setting region to be formed dispersedly over a whole range of the optical disk DK, for example, the optimum intensity of the light beam B for recording is obtained for each partial recording region using respectively the intensity setting region in respective partial recording regions obtained by dividing equally the recording region of the optical disk DK in the radial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
