<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system of environmental load capable of reflecting environmental load data acquired from vehicles in driving on a traffic control in real time and also capable of creating a database of an emission amount of an environmental load possible to provide information to the road administration. SOLUTION: The control system comprises a measuring means 14 for the number of revolutions to measure engine revolutions R, a gas analyzer 15 to measure emission density C of NOX in real time, a temperature measuring part 13 for air of air-supply, a location measuring part 10 to measure a present location L of a vehicle 2, equipment 5 for vehicle having a recording part 9 to record the density C emitted from the vehicle 2 as environmental load data D together the engine revolutions R, an absolute temperature T and the location L and a control center 3 having a control server 4 to count a total amount of the environmental load obtained by multiplying time-varying variations of the load, which are obtained with analyzing the data D recorded into the recording part 9 and emitted in driving, with information on traffic amount section-by- section and to create a database DB of the emission amount of the environmental load to determine a priority of road construction projects for the next term.</p> |
