<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weak electric-field point information collection system which collects weak electric-field point information generated when an unspecified number of mobile communication terminals enter a weak electric-field point without any operation by a user; and also to provide a mobile communication terminal used for the system, a base station, and an information processor. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal 1 determines whether electric field strength is a prescribed threshold or less in the base station. When the electric field strength is a prescribed value or smaller in the base station, the mobile communication terminal 1 generates the weak electric-field point information containing at least the position information of an own terminal and the electric field strength, stores the information into a weak electric-field point storage 14, and adds time required until the electric field strength exceeds the prescribed threshold, to the weak electric-field point information stored in the weak electric-field point storage 14. When the electric field strength exceeds the prescribed value in the base station, the mobile communication terminal 1 reads the weak electric-field point information where the necessary time is longer than a prescribed period, from the weak electric-field point information storage 14, and transmits the information to the base station 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
