<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting apparatus suitable for connecting an electric conductor of a solar module, for example, to a connecting lead. <P>SOLUTION: A connecting apparatus includes a connector housing 2 and an intermediate connecting structure 3 disposed in the connector housing and having a first connection region 31 for connecting leads 11, 12 and a second connection region 32 for connecting the first connection region 31 and an electric conductor 13. The intermediate connecting structure includes a substrate structure 4 having an electric conductor structure 41, a heat conduction structure 41, and at least one diode 5. The diode is constituted as a flat diode with almost flat surface facing two main surfaces. The diode is connected to the electric conductor structure, and is connected to the heat conduction structure by at least one main surface. The electric conductor structure is constituted for electrically connecting the first connection region and the second connection region, and the heat conduction structure is constituted so as to dissipate a heat energy from the diode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
