PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the width accuracy of a beltlike reinforcing member 3 by lessening elongation near the cutting face of the beltlike reinforcing member 3 and a ravel in the cutting face of a beltlike reinforcing member 3. SOLUTION: A production line of a beltlike reinforcing member comprises a process for forming the beltlike reinforcing member 3 to continuously form it with a pair of calender rolls 13, 15 in a calender roll apparatus 11 and transfer it in the transferring direction, a process for continuously cutting in a predetermined width the beltlike reinforcing member 3 formed in the process for forming it by pinching it from up and down with a first rotating member 37 and a second rotating member 39 while rotating them in a cutter apparatus 35 in sync with the same rate as a rate of winding of a winding apparatus 45, and a process for continuously winding by the winding apparatus 45 the beltlike reinforcing member 3 cut in a predetermined width.
