PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which has a water consumption function, an electricity storage function, and superior waterproofness. SOLUTION: The laminated film comprises: a laminate which consists of an anode layer containing a valve metal, an oxide film layer formed on the anode layer, a solid electrolyte layer formed on the oxide film layer, and a cathode layer formed on the solid electrolyte layer; first and second resin layers which sandwich the laminate; a first voltage applying terminal which is connected electrically to the anode layer; and a second voltage applying terminal which is connected electrically to the cathode layer.
