摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a homogeneous and stable mixed gas made by properly mixing a high flow-rate gas, and a low flow-rate gas to form coated layers. SOLUTION: A device has a fluidized-bed reaction container for introducing a coating/fluidizing gas to form coating layers, from a gas inlet nozzle at the bottom of the container and heating and fluidizing fuel kernels to form coating layers one by one and a gas supply means which includes a manifold for mixing gases from two or more kinds of gas supply pipes whose flow rates are different, and supplying them to the fluid-bed reaction container. The manifold is equipped with an ejector means for sucking the gas from a gas supply pipe on the lower flow-rate side between two or more types of gas supply pipes, by utilizing the negative pressure caused by a gas current flowing into the fluidized-bed reaction container from a gas supply pipe on the higher flow-rate side between two or more types of gas supply pipes.
