PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the infiltration of moisture or the like from the outside and to improve assembling work efficiency to a rotating shaft. SOLUTION: In this dynamic damper, the inner diameter D2 of a first hole 32 formed at the axial one end side of a body 24 overlapped with a mass part 26 in the radial direction is set smaller than the inner diameter D3 of a second hole 34 formed at the axial other end side of the body 24 not overlapped with the mass part 26 in the radial direction and tightened with a band member 20 (D3>D2), and the outer diameter D1 of a drive shaft 12 to be press-fitted is set larger than the inner diameter D2 of the first hole 32 and the inner diameter D3 of the second hole 34 (D1>D3>D2).
