PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device in which, when laid on a desk, and the like, bending parts do not remain in a state projected on the left and right of a main body without removing removable material or a foot from a chassis and keeping them in other places, and, when the main body is accommodated in an accommodation rack, the foot can be prevented from becoming obstruction. SOLUTION: The device includes: a chassis 2 with female screw parts 201-203 in sides and the rear surface; fitting members 5, 6 which each is a flat plate with a bending part 501 arranged at one end, arranged with holes 502 penetrated in the bending part, arranged with a concave part at a side rear to the bending direction of the bending part, and arranged with a hole 504 penetrated in the central part of the concave part; an elastic body, fixed with the concave part, and the upper edge of which projects from the surface being rear to the bending direction of the bending part; and a male screw 10 for fixing the fitting members to the side surface of the chassis by screwing tight in the female screw parts arranged with the right and left side of the chassis through the hole with the concave part or for fixing the bending part of the fitting members to the rear surface of the chassis by screwing tight in the female screw part arranged with the rear surface of the chassis through the hole arranged with the rear surface of the chassis.
