摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit utilization of a method to recognize in real-time disturbance of the speed of a rotor of an aircraft engine. SOLUTION: The method for detecting variations of speed R of a rotor 2 is composed of, in real-time, measuring a signal 5 representative of a march-past of the teeth 6 of a phonic wheel 3 or an equivalent means secured to the rotor 2 for determined duration T, sampling, digitizing, and storing the measurements performed to obtain an initial digital vector B, extracting from the initial vector B a detection signal around a known disturbing frequency F, comparing the detection signal with a predetermined threshold SO, and delivering an alert message in the event of overshoot.
