PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly back scratcher which is inserted easily into a narrow gap between clothes and the skin and allows a user to scratch an itchy part intensively. SOLUTION: The back scratcher 10 comprises a handle 12 having a grip 11 on the base end side and a curved head 13 on the end side. Two branched nails 15a and 15a are formed on the end of the head 13. The nails 14a and 14b have almost cylindrical shapes, and parts of them corresponding to the bottoms are integrated with the head 13. The shape of the ends of the nails 14a and 14b is sharp in an extent that do not hurt the skin. The base end side of the handle 12 keeps a hook hole 16 opened in the base end of the grip 11. By gripping the grip 11 by the hand and by abutting and sliding the two nails 14a and 14b at the end side of the handle 12 on an itchy part, the itchy part is scratched intensively by the plurality of nails 14a and 14b.
